By signing up for the Tourism Tribe Expert Directory, I/we acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Platform Management Rights:
Tourism Tribe retains full and unfettered rights to manage and modify the Expert Tourism Directory platform at its sole discretion.
This includes the right to edit, update, or enhance the platform’s features, design, and functionality.

Listing Removal and Editing:
Tourism Tribe reserves the right to remove any directory listing that does not comply with our standards or terms of service without prior notice.
We may edit or update directory listings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of information provided.

Platform Closure:
Tourism Tribe retains the right to close the Expert Tourism Directory platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
In the event of platform closure, all listings and associated data will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations.

Compliance and Standards:
All businesses listed in the directory must adhere to the quality and ethical standards set forth by Tourism Tribe.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in the removal of the listing from the directory.

Data Usage and Privacy:
By submitting a listing to the Expert Tourism Directory, businesses consent to the use of their information in accordance with Tourism Tribe's privacy policy.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all information provided by listed businesses.

No Warranty or Guarantee:
Tourism Tribe does not warrant or guarantee the standards, quality, or outcomes of services delivered by any businesses or persons listed in the directory.
We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or information provided in the directory.
Users of the directory should conduct their own due diligence and verify any information before engaging with listed businesses.

Limitation of Liability:
Tourism Tribe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Expert Tourism Directory.
This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from errors or omissions in listings, service delivery by listed businesses, or the closure of the platform.

User Responsibilities:
Users of the directory are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.
Any misuse of the directory or violation of these terms may result in removal from the platform and potential legal action.
